Recipe #0001

Tuna Filling for the TuNa SaNdWiCh
1 can water packed tuna
4 T plain yogurt
Some chopped onions
S+P ☺☺☺

Can I just say the most emotional experience with food ever???? Almost cried because I felt that I just made the perfect tuna filling, without mayonnaise yet it tastes so good!!!!
I initially was dubious about plonking sweet yogurt into the tuna mash, but it turned out to be adding only a slight sweetness to it--- ahhhhh please try this to save your life
It's cheap
It takes 15 mins in the kitchen (tops) 
It saves you unwanted calories because there are no hidden sneaky ingredients in the food (Lard??? Oil??? Fats??)

"nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" is bullpoop 
bc this tastes like skinny.
