step out into the wild theres a beautiful storm in your eyes

i was a bit apprehensive and it did zhits and ying a lot of reasoning and persuasion until i finally gave in......... gonna visit melbourne during the easter break!!!!!!!!!1111
it'll be a four days trip right up to the second last day of the holidays (saturday) and we will also be visiting the royal easter show on the first day of holidays (they've pretty amazeballz rollercoaster rides apparently!!!!! am going to have to trust my adventurous instincts this once to go explore whatever's near here & not be too worried for the impending essay deadlines.
do your readings rebecca!!!!!

third april was pretty marvellous; wishes from back home and celebrating two decades on earth with tom yam steamboat (which some girls laosai-ed after because raw fish and all girls fell into deep food coma)
we still have leftovers in the fridge..... our fridge is great because it can store 6x groceries in what seems like never-ending storage space.

can't deny the fact that sometimes just sometimes i'm stifling myself a little bit and thinking about it too much and telling myself to stop it and chill and do more grocery shopping... idk i think i'm pretty good w life rn i made granola and the homesickness feels have dissipated!!
i've worked in the usyd food co-op as a volunteer cash registrar and it entitles me big(ger) discounts on raw food and nuts and grains etc. i work the closing shift and it's usually empty so i get to browse and play youtube songs to pass time and weigh myself a couple of chocolate-coated almonds and polish them off in a jiffy. this week sylvia my wise vegan speechpath senior came to say hi so we sat at the $$ register and did our work while waiting for no customers. it's a pretty good deal!!!! except that i have to clear the rubbish bc closing shift and the tiny flies just seem to fly up into your nose etc.

ytd was raining really heavy but i still did grocery shopping at wet market place aka paddy's and bought myself a whole sweet papaya. had lunch w stacy at home and she was recounting on how she had to live in hostel w a prc. "you know you're lonely when you start to enjoy her singing dramatic chinese opera songs"
hahahahhahaahhahaahahhaahahahahhahahahaha

i polished off my granola in a single day so i'm quite sure i'll never make it again.
ok luv~
