hey team, just wanna wish you guys hearty congratulations. we made it into top 8 and +1 for winning a match in the top 8 round. words cannot express how thankful i am of how far we have come or how close this family is. love you guys so much. this team has given it their all and everyone progressing together might make the progress in nationals seem like a failure but considering all the odds against us like concurrent injuries and pain we still managed to pull through, how amazing is that.
the greatest memory of this journey would be the doubles played today with my foreverdoubz partner. 9-7 is pretty decent. i still kinda like to revel in the moment. the time when the opponents seem to have given up by their attitudes and ours growing stronger than ever, despite the ruthlessness of the afternoon sun which was all so unnecessary. it's a memory. how we got hold of 2 sets because i felt we really put in our best effort. i'm so so so so so proud of you sinhui, you helped me be calm on court and though our skills might match the opponents we managed to pull through :,) maybe that's what i'll miss the most. playing doubles like we've always done, even during tennis camp and in the time of backaches for you and shin splints for me.
and i love to see the singles play, i always admire the singles players. ketrisha and her endless spurts of endurance and cheryl with her mighty hits and nadia who certainly proved her worth today and of course the linesmen and umpires who got sunburnt with us omgosh.
